Great service and spacious room. the staff at reception were very friendly and check-in was seamless. the room itself was spacious and accommodated our request for two king-size beds. the concierge was also very helpful in providing information about the local area and arranging transportation. the location of the hotel was ideal for us as it was close to the casino and there were shuttle services available to the new Taipa strip. we had a great experience with the service and the room.
There were a few things that could have been better. the room that we were initially given was not cleaned properly and had a bad smell.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious room and helpful staff at the front desk. The reception process was smooth and the room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. However, the hotel lacked a business center, which was unexpected for a 5-star establishment. Additionally, the language barrier with the customer support was noticeable. Despite these minor drawbacks, we had a pleasant experience overall.
On the downside, the hotel is located quite far away from the main attractions, making it inconvenient for backpackers wanting to explore the city.
